Pumpkin Bars

Recipe: 1. Pre-heat oven to 355 F.

2. Mix the following ingredients in a food processor:

1 1/4 cans of pure pumpkin puree

2/3 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup cocoa powder + a few Tablespoons.

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Dash of salt

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup maple syrup

3. Mix in dark chocolate chips

4. Pour mixture in a baking pan that is lined with parchment paper

5. Bake for 20 minutes

Frosting:

1. Mix together equal amounts of pure pumpkin puree and peanut butter.

Enjoy! Store brownies in the fridge.


These taste way better after storing them in the fridge for 24 hours!
