No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

The peanut butter bars taste so delicious on a warm summer day. This recipe was inspired by Well + Good! I highly recommend their cookbook. It's amazing! Ingredients: 3/4 cup peanut butter 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Tablespoons honey

Course sea salt Instructions:

1. Line a pan or plate with wax paper.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Spread this mixture flat on the wax paper. You can make it as thick or thin as you would like.

3. In another bowl, mix together the coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth and glossy.

4. Pour this glaze over the peanut butter/maple syrup. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.

5. Freeze for at least 20 minutes, or until the glaze hardens, before serving.

5. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
